Placing an order is the first step in purchasing through our website. To order goods through our site, you must be a registered user. By registering, you will receive a username that you will use to access the site in the future when ordering. After choosing the products and placing them in the basket, you can choose two types of payment: - * By paying the proforma invoice that we will send you after your order, if you decide to pay in cash Fé jewelry reserves the right to cancel the purchase if it appears that there have been some irregularities in to the billing process. Delivery of goods is made only if the product is fully paid for.

PAYMENTS

All prices are expressed in dinars. Payment is made in local currency. If you decide to pay in cash through an advance invoice, Fé jewelry will not ask for your card information. If you decide to pay a pre-invoice, the pre-invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided, without contacting you beforehand. Fé jewelry reserves the right to change prices and availability of items without prior notice. However, Fé jewelry will not change the prices after the confirmation of your order.

CONVERSION

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. DELIVERY

SERBIA Orders are sent by courier service and arrive at your address within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order at the latest, if we have the desired item in stock. If we do not have it, the waiting time depends on the current state of production. Although we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time frame, some delays are unavoidable. We will not be responsible for any delays and consequences that may occur on that occasion. We undertake to inform you as soon as possible about the exact delivery date, if the product is not in stock, so that you can decide whether it suits you. The courier service will contact you before delivery, so please provide valid contact numbers in order for the order to be delivered. Shipping costs on the territory of the Republic of Serbia for amounts over 12,000 rsd are borne by Fé juvelirnica, and for orders below this amount in accordance with the price list of the courier service. In case you want to know the status of your shipment, you can contact us by e-mail or by DM on the Instagram page, which you can find at the bottom of every page of our online store. We are allowed to share personal data with a third party who is responsible for fulfilling your order or fulfilling our obligations to you.
